Need to make space inside your garage so that your car will fit? / What is the Association’s responsibility for repainting within my unit when a repair is made?

Any interior painting done by the Association will only re-cover the immediate area of the repair (i.e., the area discolored by whatever leak may have been repaired at Association expense) in the listed builder’s original color (or using an owner-supplied alternative available on-site at the time the painter is ready to do the work). Any extra area(s) of the UNIT repainted to achieve a “match” with the changes in the shading or the variety of paint over time are the responsibility of the unit’s owner, rather than the association. (Note: the UNIT is defined in the owner’s deed as including ALL paint within the unit.)
