Some Owners at BPA have complained about the acoustics and sound conditioning between the (Upper) “Providence” condo units and (Lower) “Concord” condo units in our multi-household buildings. While the Association is only charged with maintaining, repairing and replacing to original “As Built” conditions, in the interest of providing some options to improve the acoustics, the Association offers a list of possible investments you may make to your Unit.
