Many new arrivals join the Barclay community each year and, the details of the parking rules can be lost as new and returning residents settle in.
To avoid confusion, please familiarize yourself with the rules on parking and the required use of garages for vehicles, not storage.
Please be advised that rule enforcement will increase and assessments for non-compliance will be issued starting Nov 15, 2013.
