Over the next 30-days, construction and repair work on hard and heavy materials in many areas of Barclay Park will be the cause of a fair bit of noise. The Association has hired contractors to remove and replace appropriate areas of concrete in need of repair. This will involve noisy cutting and removal work involving both curb and gutter (concrete drain pans along the asphalt), and also some sections of sidewalk and stairways. This work started this week and will continue during daytimes for the better part of 30-days (weather permitting). Starting Monday September 25, the Association’s asphalt repair contractor will arrive for about two weeks or more to re-do the asphalt as noted in the email sent on September 12, 2023 by Dave Friedrichs, Senior Property Manager of Barclay Park Association.
For traffic control, SIGNAGE will be posted and barriers erected on the days and in the areas impacted. Please follow the signage as instructed; We are grateful for your understanding, cooperation and patience.
Site personnel and the management company are the ones to alert, if specific problems arise (just as you would in normal times). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
